The definition of a professional master  Clinical

This study aims to develop scientific and professional capabilities and development in the specialization and field chosen by the student, using modern scientific techniques and methods through studying a number of courses and conducting applied research .

The clinical master’s degree is a professional certificate that aims to develop the clinical skills of a graduate student and can be equivalent to a master’s degree after registering a scientific thesis in the field of specialization .

This certificate may not be used as a template for appointment to Egyptian universities or used as a substitute for a master’s degree in any form unless after equivalence. .

Study system 

Studying with the credit hours system, admission is permitted for graduates of the corresponding colleges in Egyptian universities or for those who have scientific degrees which have been equivalent from the Supreme Council of Universities after ensuring that they meet the conditions for enrollment in the required study .

 

 Definition of hours approved  

The credit hour is a unit of study measurement equivalent to one hour of theoretical study, one, two or three hours of laboratory, applied or clinical training according to the nature of each course, per week for the duration of a basic semester ( first or second semester ) (.

Admission requirements : –

  • Obtaining a bachelor’s degree in oral and dental medicine, with at least a good overall grade and a good grade in the major .
  • The student must have spent the compulsory year of training ( distinction )
  • It is permissible to accept a doctor who holds a bachelor’s degree with an acceptable grade in the general grade and good at least in the specialization subject if he gets a diploma in a branch of specialization that has completed the concession year .
  • The approval of the employer to enroll in postgraduate studies with the necessary full-time for the study .
  • A certificate from the union for the free doctor with a copy of the identity card in which the employer is registered a free doctor .

 

Postgraduate application dates : –

  • Application dates for ( diploma / master’s ) for Egyptian students in February and March of each year .
  • The application dates for international students are determined by the General Administration for Expatriates annually
  • Application dates for ( for a doctor ) for Egyptian students in January, February and March of each year.

 

The documents required for the master’s degree and the ( academic / clinical ) diploma for the Egyptians

  • Student statement of grades revealed during the school years.
  • Birth certificate or an extract from them .
  • Bachelor’s degree .
  • The equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree if it is in a private university, whether inside or outside Egypt .
  • Certificate of Excellence .
  • Number (2) Personal Image .
  • Student’s position on recruitment ( for males ).
  • The approval of the employer.

Noticeable : –

  • Fulfilling the conditions in the file is the responsibility of the applicant, and in the event that the conditions mentioned above are not met, the file will be excluded .

 

The documents required for Master’s degree and diploma for expatriates

  • The embassy approval for student registration stating the following: –
  • The party that funded the study.
  • The degree you want to study in.
  • The school year for enrollment.
  • Bachelor’s degree certified and certified by the embassy.
  • The equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree from the Supreme Council of Universities.
  • Statement of bachelor’s degrees revealed in the academic years approved and documented by the embassy.
  • Certificate of spending the concession or training year approved and documented by the embassy.
  • A copy of the birth certificate, certified and authenticated by the embassy.
  • Health certificate that the student is free of AIDS ( from the central laboratories of the Ministry of Health or any government agency ) .
  • A copy of the passport with a validity period of at least one full year.
  • Number (4) Photos recent personal.

 

Noticeable: –

  • The student must obtain a minimum (450) score in an exam (TOEFL) The TOEFL certificate may be submitted within one year from the date of application for the Master’s degree (it is considered a condition for the submission of the master’s degree and not for the diploma ) .

  • Fourth : Fill out the personal data form ( required from the Postgraduate Studies Department )

Doctoral registration procedures for postgraduate studies

  • Preparing a protocol for the dissertation project and obtaining approval from the department council during January, February, or March.
  • To submit a PhD from January to March every year with the papers shown in Item No. (8).
  • Done For the thesis project with a quote form and send them to the university information network ( to determine the quote rate ).
  • The project requires a quotation rate less than (20%) to be accepted in the College Council.
  • Taking the approval of the specified examination committee from a . D / Vice Dean for Graduate Studies to examine the thesis project.
  • Obtaining approval from the Ethics Committee for the draft letter.
  • The registration of the thesis in the College Council shall be after the fulfillment of the above and the date of the third Sunday of every month

The following documents are submitted to the Graduate Studies Department : –

  • The original of the Bachelor’s degree.
  • The original score breakdown statement.
  • The original certificate of excellence.
  • The original master’s degree.
  • The original birth certificate.
  • The original TOEFL certificate with a total of no less than (500) degrees or a certificate attested by a total of (7) degrees provided that the date of issuance of the certificate ( its validity ) is not more than one year before registration .
  • The original approval of the employer, with a sentence indicating the required full-time study or * (the original of the union certificate ) if he is a free doctor.
  • The approval of the department to be registered with ( indicating the title of the thesis – supervision – research plan – code number of the thesis)
  • Scientific quotation form taken from the university by 20% or less (the form is required for postgraduate studies )
  • CD for the protocol (WORD-PDF)
  • EGP 300 receipt to open the file
  • Five copies of a signed protocol in front of each supervisor with the code number written on top of each page
  • ID photo
